So I had the chance to see Xavier Rudd play today in KFOG's playspace and I had no idea what I was getting myself into. I am so impressed, he has so much rhythm and is an amazing solo artist, one of the best I I have seen, definitely in a while atleast. He blew me away with the dishereedo, the percussion, his beaustiful voice and his good vibes. He is playing Saturday night at the GAMH, I'm sure the show will absolutley be epic. WOW!

Wed, August 3, 2005 - 7:46 AMYeah I saw him play for the first time a few weeks ago at the Calgary Folk Festival.....have to say the man also blew my mind. I bought his new live CD and there are a few songs that give me goosebumps and make me cry with joy. He has the most amazing energy and vibe.
